The item is nice and packaged well. The only drawback was when I was trying to put the AA battery-- it was extremely difficult. It looked like the metal prong wasnt long enough or something. At one point the battery was stuck in a strange position and became very hot and zapped my fingers. I tried a few times to put the battery in and finally got it in there and it works fine.
