When attempting to use the chopper it simply "mushed" whatever was put on it instead of Chopping it. after several weeks of correspondence with the vendor--American Clocks--I returned the chopper at their direction and my expense in the original packaging, only to be informed by American Clocks that the chopper was "cracked" and therefore not reimbursable. What Malarky! I have been fighting this problen now for three months--hardly worth the effort. Do business with them at your own risk.
