Reader Reviews I use this timer for my own sittings, at home. But, unfortunately, at a Zen group sitting, where you can hear every tiny noise from every participant, this timer is far too noisy in its vibration mode. To really work well for meditation, it needs a silent, flashing LED as an alarm option. It is also VERY complicated to use. Don't lose the instructions!
